Beaches Psychotherapy offers a 15- minute free consultation to answer your questions and to discuss the support you need.

The first session will last 60mins. The purpose of this session is to provide a comprehensive assessment of your difficulties and a recommended treatment plan. Andrea may require to meet with you for another session, after which she will share her understanding of your difficulties and provide suggestions on how to move forward in your particular situation.

If you agree to work together and that psychotherapy is an attainable way forward for you then you will then discuss how you would like to proceed. You will agree on the number of times per week that you would like to start with and will also discuss informed consent.

The therapy will last as long as is required for you, whether shorter or longer-term treatment is necessary.
